While it is deeply appreciated that in the times of crisis NGOs, organisations, individuals are coming forward for donating food, dry ration, vegetables, milk etc to the poor and needy, at the same time it is necessary to ensure social distancing at the distribution centres. As we all know, Social Distancing is key to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the society.

It is also required to ensure that the donations flowing in are distributed equally among all the locations in the city so as to ensure needy people in all the corners of the city get donation support.

Hence all the the NGOs organisations, individuals who are willing to donate should necessarily obtain permission from the municipal corporation. Certain instructions will be given while giving permission and they need to be strictly adhered to. Necessary action will be taken if any deviation if found.

Once you submit the application, within 24 hours your application will be accepted or rejected and the same will be intimated through SMS on the mobile number given.
